About this tour
On this fascinating tour through the state of Morelos, we’ll venture deep into the underground world to explore and admire breathtaking limestone formations created by nature itself through water erosion of the Earth’s inner layers over millions of years. We’ll then travel to the nearby state of Guerrero, specifically to the municipality of Taxco, Guerrero, for a pleasant hike through mountainous terrain on a hillside that leads us to a world of numerous incredible crystal-clear waterfalls, known as Mil Cascadas (A Thousand Waterfalls) due to the large number of them in a ravine covered by gallery vegetation, which offers refreshing shade along the banks of the many streams that create this natural beauty.
